"I ordered a few bits from asda..."
I ordered a few bits from asda and, i was thinking something would probably turn up squashed or leaking because that’s usually my luck. But nope, everything was packed really well. The chilled items were still nice and cold, nothing was damaged, and the boxes weren’t ridiculously oversized either, which I always appreciate. Just simple, sensible packaging done properly.

"I still use ASDA most weeks because, to..."
I still use ASDA most weeks because, to be fair, the prices are usually good and the delivery tends to be reliable. I’ve had the odd issue here and there, but they’ve sorted things quickly, so I can’t really complain too much

"Should’ve Trusted My Instinct"
I ended up waiting way too long, i wish I had trusted my instinct sooner. The experience just dragged on more than it should have, and it left me feeling frustrated
"Easy to change my order"
I do like that with Asda you can change your order after you’ve booked it. A few bits I forgot, so I went back later and added them, no hassle really. Only thing, the slots or sometimes prices can change a little, so before checking out again you need to have a look. Still, it’s handy and makes the whole online shop less stressful.
"Order arrived, just a bit late in the slot"
My Asda order did arrive on the day it was supposed to, so yeah, that was fine. It was just that the driver turned up right near the end of the delivery slot, so I ended up waiting around longer than I’d hoped. Not a huge deal, but... a bit frustrating when you’ve planned your evening around it. The food was all okay and nothing was missing, so no complaints there really. Just think the delivery timing could be better. Not awful, but not exactly great either.

"At least the delivery fee was upfront"
I used asda.com for my weekly shop and, to be fair, the delivery fee was shown before I paid, so I didn’t get stung right at checkout for once. The prices seemed reasonable enough overall, which was a relief because it usually feels like these things end up costing me more than expected. The only downside was that some of the delivery slots were pricier than I thought they’d be, so I still felt like I had to work around what I could afford.

"Pretty decent rewards, I think"
I’ve been using Asda Rewards for a while now and, to be fair, it does add up over time. It’s not always a huge amount, or maybe I’m just not shopping the right offers, but it’s still nice getting a bit of money off now and then. The app can be a bit slow sometimes, which is a little annoying, but overall I’d say I’m happy with it.

"Just a heads up for anyone buying..."
Just a heads up for anyone buying George clothes, the sizing is really hit and miss. I’ve bought the same size a few times now and it seems to fit differently every time. It’s getting frustrating, so I’d definitely be cautious and maybe try things on or order multiple sizes if you can...

"Allergy info feels a bit buried"
Overall it’s fine, but I wish the allergen and dietary info was easier to find. Some items have it clearly labeled, while others make you click around a bunch, and it kind of feels like they don’t really want you to notice unless you go looking for it. Not a huge deal, but clearer labels would make shopping way less frustrating.
"The fruit was okay, nothing special, but…"
The fruit was okay, nothing special, but the salad went bad really quickly. Just a heads up, if you buy it, make sure you eat it right away because it definitely didn’t last as long as I expected

"Can never get a delivery slot when I actually need one"
I keep checking for delivery slots and they’re always gone, which is so annoying. I usually do my food shop after work while I’m sitting with a cup of tea, and by then there’s just nothing useful left. It’s fine if you’re super organised, I suppose, but for normal weeks when I suddenly realise the fridge is basically empty, it’s a pain.

"Super easy checkout"
The app works really well for me, and the checkout is so easy it almost feels too simple, you know? I didn’t run into any issues, so I’m happy with it.

"The delivery driver was rude..."
The delivery driver was rude, to be honest. He barely said hello, didn’t smile, didn’t explain anything, and made it feel like I was bothering him just because I asked where the rest of my bags were. Some bags were by the door, some seemed to be missing at first, and he just acted annoyed instead of helping me check, answer a simple question, or even give me a second to look properly.
I know drivers are busy and probably deal with traffic, parking, bad weather, awkward delivery slots, and loads of other orders, but the attitude was unnecessary. He basically dropped the bags, walked off, and left me standing there trying to figure it out myself. It made the whole experience feel rushed, stressful, and unpleasant, and it’s made me think twice about ordering from asda.com again.

"Good range without spending too much"
I shop on ASDA most weeks and I’m usually happy with the choice. I can normally get my food shop, cleaning bits, pet food and a few random home things all in one go, which saves me messing around with different shops. I do watch what I’m spending, so I like that there are plenty of cheaper own-brand options as well as the bigger brands. Most of the time I can find something that fits my budget, and there’s not often much missing from my usual list

"so I use ASDA most weeks..."
so I use ASDA most weeks and it’s generally handy, but the product details could really do with being checked more carefully. A few times now, the size or ingredients listed online haven’t matched what actually arrived, which is frustrating when you’ve planned meals around it.
Customer service did refund one item, which I appreciated, but it still ends up wasting time. I don’t mind the odd swap, but when the info on the product page is wrong, that’s a different issue and it makes it harder to trust what I’m buying.

"Just a heads up for anyone shopping..."
Just a heads up for anyone shopping here: a lot of the promos show one price, but then a different price appears at checkout. It’s really frustrating and makes the whole process take way longer than it should. Definitely double-check everything before paying.

"Why is paying so complicated?"
I tried placing my order twice and the payment kept failing for no obvious reason, even though there’s nothing wrong with my card. Then I checked my bank and saw a pending charge sitting there anyway, which just made it even more frustrating. why is this so complicated? The Asda site didn’t really give me any clear help either, so I ended up wasting time and getting nowhere. Not sure I’ll bother trying again.

"Helpful emails and order updates"
I got the receipt in my email right after ordering, and they kept sending updates by text and email about where my order was. The delivery time did change once, but they let me know quickly, so it wasn’t a big deal.
"I placed an order on asda.com and some…"
I placed an order on asda.com and some items were missing, and now I’m still waiting around for the refund. Every time I check, it just says it’s being looked into, but nothing seems to be happening. I don’t have the patience to keep chasing for money that should’ve been refunded already. I raised a complaint too, but I just got passed from one person to another with the same copy-and-paste replies. It’s really annoying, especially when it’s my money and they’re acting like it’s not their issue. I won’t be using them for online shopping again.

"Out of Stock Again"
I stopped by hoping to grab the stuff I needed, but once again everything I wanted was out. It’s just frustrating because I keep checking back and... yeah, not sure what else to say.
